I gently lead you towards a deep parasympathetic nervous system relaxation state, whilst offering you the chance to tend to needs for tactile feedback, nonverbal communication, and somatic awareness. Additionally, the bodywork encourages fascia releaase & integration, blood & lymph flow, flexibility, stress relief, and emotional release can happen. Performed on a futon on the floor rather than a table to offer you a strongly grounding experience. Treatments are fully clothed and oilfree.
