Four-Part Workshop Series. Part One: EXPLORE A physical, playful workshop where you’ll learn how bone stacking & balancing can be melded with release & flow to create an explorative, fluid co-created partner dance. The workshop draws on Acroyoga and Contact Improvisation (CI) dance to enable you to find both strength and physicality of your body’s structure, along with the softness and release required for connecting with self and others.

CONTACT DANCE TERM 3A contact dance course for those completely new or who would like to build their skills in Contact Improvisation.
The 10-week course will cover safety and trust, honoring your comfort level, building respectful and enjoyable dance practice with others. We will explore the fundamentals + basics of Acroyoga through a mindful safe practice. You'll be guided through solo & partner exercises & techniques that progress over time, tailored to your ability in order to learn the building blocks to start or restart your Acroyoga journey.
You will be in for a safe, fun and well rounded practice.
Key elements that will be explored are core strength, flexibility, body awareness, alignment and mindfulness in a fun dynamic way.
This course suits all levels, no partner needed and no previous Acroyoga required.

An ongoing Contact Dance course for those completely new or who would like to build their skills in Contact Improvisation.
